It's official: Will Ferrell reprise his role as Ron Burgundy alongside the original cast including Steve Carell and Paul Rudd .
Paramount Pictures has finally given the green light for the rest of Anchorman : The Legend of Ron Burgundy released in 2004. He is Will Ferrell , who made the announcement himself, disguised as Ron Burgundy in the American show "Conan".
Ferrell, whose latest film, Casa de mi Padre is in theaters in the United States, wrote the script again to the side of Adam McKay , who will return to making the film with shooting scheduled to begin in February 2013.
The first film was an environmental scene Christina Applegate, David Koechner , Fred Willard, Fred Armisen, or Chris Parnell . None of these names have been confirmed yet.
