City, State and Counties Actively Pursuing Changes in Landlord/Tenant Laws

The City of Wood Village is considering adopting a rental inspection program like Gresham's.

The Oregon Landlord Tenant Coalition has reached a consensus on changes to state Landlord/Tenant Laws.
